Summer School on AI for Industry 4.0
The summer school on AI technologies for trust, interoperability and autonomy in Industry 4.0, short ai4industry, aims at introducing a unified research framework, gathering various Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, to address challenges emerging in the context of Industry 4.0, e.g. regarding interoperability, automated information processing and system adaptiveness.
The program of the summer school is at the intersection between several fields of research:
- Web of Things
- Knowledge Graphs
- Multi-Agent Systems
Participants of the summer school can both attend lectures by experts with academic recognition and participate in a hackathon on a practical scenario.
Several pieces of software have been integrated for the purpose of the hackathon, providing tools and implementations of theoretical principles such as:
- Representational State Transfer (REST)
- Hypermedia
- Semantic Web
- Linked Data
- Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) reasoning
- Multi-Agent-Oriented Programming (MAOP)
