[BA] Simplifying and Enhancing IoT Data Interoperability: A RESTful Mediator for Read-Write Linked Data in the Web of Things

Abstract: This project addresses the challenges associated with the heterogeneity of devices in the Internet of Things (IoT) and introduces the concept of the Web of Things (WoT) and mediators as a solution. The WoT aims to enable interoperability and simplify the usage of IoT devices and platforms. A key component of the WoT is the Thing Description (TD), which provides a virtual representation of devices and information about their communication interfaces and data formats.
